Oven to Buzzing Pizzeria
Amidst lockdown in Nottingham, an experienced chef named Ryon started a culinary revolution from his backyard. He created a unique blend of Neapolitan and New York style pizzas that won the hearts of locals. Building on this momentum, Ryon took Slice 'n' Brew to the streets, hosting popular pop-ups across the city.
In October 2022, the success of these pop-ups led to the opening of a permanent Slice 'n' Brew location in the city centre. The vibrant, New York-style pizzeria offers seating for 46 across two levels and continues to serve up its signature pizzas, sides, and desserts. A curated selection of craft beers, wines, and soft drinks perfectly complement the food.
